How is this different from short-term rental media?
This menu is priced and scoped for mid- and long-term rental marketing. Choose the short-term rental menu for vacation and overnight rental promotion.
Is a floor plan included?
Yes. Each package includes a floor plan, with 3D floor plans listed in Luxury and Luxury+.
Can we add video?
Premium includes a vertical video. Ultra, Luxury and Luxury+ include vertical and horizontal films, with the exact durations listed in each package.
What should be ready for the shoot?
Arrange access, finish cleaning and staging, open window coverings and remove temporary clutter. Tell us about occupied units or restricted areas when booking.
