Define the assignment

Identify the spaces, story, final image count and film formats that support your project.

Plan the production

Choose a focused hourly assignment, half-day or full-day production, with the crew, timing and finishing the scope requires.

Match the usage

Identify the licensee, channels, campaign, territory and duration so the usage license is specific and understandable.

A clear way to commission the work

Production + usage.

01 / The production

Book the time and resources needed to create your media. A written estimate sets the scope before the shoot.

  • Hourly, half-day or full-day production
  • Agreed photographs, film formats and finished deliverables
  • Planning, on-site requirements and editing
  • Any additional crew, travel, styling or specialist needs

02 / The license

Match the finished work to the places and ways your business will use it.

  • Property sale or leasing campaigns
  • Business websites, portfolios and organic social
  • Paid regional or broader advertising
  • Named businesses, term, territory and additional rights

Each project receives a written estimate. Production and licensing are quoted separately; final assets, usage and any additional costs are agreed before the shoot.

Before you book

A few useful details.

How is a commercial project priced?

The estimate separates production and agreed deliverables from usage licensing. The scope can also include specialized editing, additional crew, travel or other project requirements.

Do you offer hourly, half-day and full-day shoots?

Yes. We will recommend a production block after reviewing the project, locations, required assets and access.

What information do you need for a quote?

Send the property or project location, goals, needed photo/video assets, target dates, final deadline and intended uses. Include any partners who need their own marketing rights.

Can the builder, designer and architect all use the images?

We can quote a multi-client arrangement. Each business using the work for its own marketing needs to be named in the agreed license scope.

Does a shoot fee include unrestricted use?

Usage is specified in the written estimate. Broader campaigns, additional licensees, longer terms or exclusive use can be quoted to match the project.
